Do my kids ever wear clothing?

Many of you have commented "Do my children ever wear clothing?" and yes when we go to church or to the store or leave the house in general they have clothes on. But, at the earliest opportunity to shed their clothing they rush to take advantage. For example, the moment my children come home from church we are barely through the door before there is a pile in the living room and most of my kids have stripped down to underwear/diaper. Now you may be thinking do you not have the A/C on?, is there some sort of glandular problem?, are they allergic to all known fibers that they must free their bodies from the clothing that traps them?

The answer is....NO, my children are just like I was as a child(so perhaps there is a genetic defect) my mom and dad could not keep clothes on me to save their lives and I must now face that same problem. (it's not really a problem it provides for great pics and blogs:))My kids are just very comfortable in their skin and lets face it we live in Florida where you need more bathing suits than coats.

While I am very aware that as they get older they will need to cover themselves. And Caleb and Sarah have already made a gradual transition, they are kids first and foremost. And if my two year olds run outside and shed every inch of clothing so that they have no tan lines I will do nothing but sit back and laugh because as a mommy there are so many other things in this life that I have to be concerned about and a bare bottom in my own backyard is not one of them. In fact it's pretty darn cute:)
