She has dabbled at eating oatmeal and seems to enjoy it although I am trying to wait to start food until she is closer to 6 months. However, around dinner tim she is cranky bur does not want to nurse, or go to sleep, or do anything except on occasion eat cereal. So for the sanity of our family dinner I indulge her:) I think what it really amounts to is that she is teething and she enjoys the rubber spoon on her gums. The pediatrician says it is a little early for teething but as he watched her try to chew her finger off and left puddles of drool on the floor he felt she might be a little ahead of the curve.

Awe... look at the Gerber face! Love it. Taylor is really catching up to Lily! We need to get the girls together again soon. Isn't 4 months just great!?! Oh, Taylor is teething already too. I thought that was so young. Our little girls are growing up!
